Steel Corp SA has added a 15kW large format fibre laser cutting machine to the floor, and it changes what's possible for every job that comes through our doors.

Built For Scale

The new laser's cutting bed runs 22 metres long and 3 metres wide. That's large format in the truest sense, built to handle oversized plate work that smaller machines simply can't touch.

It also cuts up to 50mm thick. Thicker material, larger sheets, fewer limitations on what a single job can include.

Complex Cuts, Greater Design Freedom

A 360° bevel head comes standard on this machine. That means complex geometries and angled edges can be cut directly, in one pass, without secondary processing.

For engineers and project leads, that opens up design options that used to mean extra steps, extra time, or a compromise on the drawing board. Not anymore.
